Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RE-323, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Revisión de constitucionalidad del Decreto 796 del 4 de junio de 2020, por el cual se adoptan medidas en el sector agropecuario para atenuar los efectos económicos derivados de la enfermedad Coronavirus COVID-19 en los trabajadores y productores agropecuarios, en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica.
Así mismo, dispuso que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 637/20 y decrete la reanudación del presente proceso.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente RE-323, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Revisión de constitucionalidad del Decreto 796 del 4 de junio de 2020 "por el cual se adoptan medidas en el sector agropecuario para atenuar los efectos económicos derivados de la enfermedad Coronavirus COVID-19 en los trabajadores y productores agropecuarios, en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica."
- SEGUNDO. DISPONER que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 637 del 6 de mayo de 2020 y decrete la reanudación del proceso RE-323.
- TERCERO. La Secretaría General de la Corte realizará las anotaciones correspondientes en el expediente de la referencia.
